كل ما تُدخله في نماذج التقارير وصورُها يبقى في مخزن المتصفح على جهازك: التقارير، والصور، والمواقع المحفوظة، والحالات، وتوقيعك، وشعارك، وإعداداتك.

وصورة موافقة الإجازة التي تقرؤها في الرزنامة تُحفظ داخل رزنامتك على جهازك وحده ولا تُحفظ على خوادمنا.

ميزة «النسخة السحابية» القديمة أُلغيت نهائيًّا، ونسختك الاحتياطية ملفٌّ تحفظه أنت أين شئت. أمّا «الحساب الأونلاين» فميزةٌ مستقلّةٌ اختيارية، تفصيلُها في القسم التالي.

Everything you enter in the report forms, and its images, stays in your device's browser storage: reports, photos, saved sites, statuses, your signature, your logo, and your settings.

The leave-approval image you read in the calendar is stored inside your calendar on your device alone and is never stored on our servers.

The old cloud-copy feature has been removed permanently, and your backup is a file you keep wherever you choose. The online account is a separate, optional feature, described in the next section.

«الحساب الأونلاين» يحفظ نسخةً من بياناتك على خادم iReport لتفتحها من أي جهاز. لا يعمل إلا إن فعّلتَه بنفسك برمز دعوةٍ يمنحه مشغّل النظام، وتوافق صراحةً عند التفعيل. ومن لا يفعّله لا يتغيّر عليه شيءٌ مما في هذه السياسة.

ما الذي يُرفع: بياناتُ الملف الشخصي المربوط بالحساب وحده — تقاريرُه وصورُها، وصورُك الميدانية، ورزنامتُك، ومواقعُك المحفوظة بإحداثياتها، وإعداداتُك، وبياناتُ ملفك (ومنها التوقيع والشعار، والرقم المدني إن أدخلتَه). وملفّاتُ زملائك على الجهاز نفسه لا تُرفع.

كيف تُحمى: تُشفَّر على جهازك قبل أن تغادره، بمفتاحٍ لا يُفكّ إلا بكلمة سرّك (AES-GCM 256). كلمةُ السر نفسها لا تُرسل إلينا؛ يُرسل مفتاحُ دخولٍ مشتقٌّ منها ويُحفظ ببصمة. وكلُّ ملفٍّ مشفّرٍ مربوطٌ باسم صاحبه ورقم نسخته، فلا يُبدَّل ولا يُعاد إلى نسخةٍ أقدم دون أن يكتشف جهازُك ذلك ويتوقّف.

ما يراه الخادم: اسمَ الدخول، والاسمَ الظاهر، والتخصص، ووصفَ كل جهازٍ دخلتَ منه (مثل «ماك – سفاري»)، وأوقاتَ الرفع وآخرَ ظهور، وأحجامَ الملفات المشفّرة. ولا يرى نصَّ تقريرٍ ولا صورة.

أين تُحفظ: على خادم استضافة الموقع (Bluehost)، خارج الكويت، في مجلدٍ غير متاحٍ من الإنترنت.

المدة والحذف: تبقى النسخة ما بقي الحساب. تسجيلُ الخروج يوقف المزامنة على ذلك الجهاز ولا يمسّ بياناتك عليه. وسحبُ التصريح يُسقط جلساتك كلَّها فورًا وتبقى النسخةُ المشفّرة لإعادة التصريح. ولك أن تطلب حذف الحساب ونسخته نهائيًّا عبر بريد التواصل، فتُحذف من الخادم كاملةً.

عناوين الإنترنت: تُحفظ مؤقتًا في عدّادٍ يحدّ محاولات الدخول الخاطئة، وتُمحى خلال يوم، ولا تُربط بمحتوى.

The online account keeps a copy of your data on the iReport server so you can open it from any device. It works only if you activate it yourself with an invitation code granted by the system operator, and agree explicitly when activating. If you do not activate it, nothing in this policy changes for you.

What is uploaded: the data of the one profile linked to the account — its reports and their photos, your field photos, your calendar, your saved sites with their coordinates, your settings, and your profile details (including your signature and logo, and your civil ID if you entered it). Colleagues' profiles on the same device are never uploaded.

How it is protected: it is encrypted on your device before it leaves, with a key that only your password unlocks (AES-GCM 256). Your password itself is never sent to us; a sign-in key derived from it is sent and stored as a hash. Every encrypted file is bound to its owner's name and version number, so it cannot be swapped or rolled back to an older version without your device noticing and stopping.

What the server sees: your username, display name, specialty, a description of each device you signed in from (such as "Mac – Safari"), upload times and last-seen times, and the sizes of the encrypted files. It sees no report text and no photo.

Where it is stored: on the website's hosting server (Bluehost), outside Kuwait, in a folder that is not reachable from the internet.

Retention and deletion: the copy is kept for as long as the account exists. Signing out stops syncing on that device and leaves your data on it untouched. Revoking access ends all your sessions at once, and the encrypted copy is kept so access can be restored. You may ask for the account and its copy to be deleted permanently through the contact address, and it is removed from the server entirely.

Internet addresses: kept temporarily in a counter that limits wrong sign-in attempts, erased within a day, and never linked to any content.

When you open the system we record: the time, the name in your profile (if any), your device and its operating system, a random device identifier, and the app version.

Once a day, numbers and no content follow: your report count and the space it occupies, so we know who is nearing the browser's ceiling before it fills; your report count this month against your monthly target, so the system operator can see each user's progress toward their target; your works counts split by work type, governorate and the months of the year; and your visit count if your specialty is Hotel Services. No report text and no image is sent.

حين تطلب تحليل صور الأعطال، أو قراءة صورة موافقة الإجازة في الرزنامة، أو تحسين الصياغة، أو التلخيص، أو تسأل المساعد الفوري، يُرسل ما طلبتَ معالجته وحده إلى مزوّد الخدمة: نصُّ الحقل أو الصور التي اخترتها، ومعها نوع التقرير وتخصصك. وصورة الموافقة تُرسل عند ضغطتك فقط ولا تُحفظ على خادمنا. وكذلك صورة التقرير الورقي أو كشف بدل الموقع (أو ملف PDF منه، حتى 4 م.ب و3 صفحات) عند «مسح تقرير ورقي» أو «مسح الكشف الشهري»: تُرسل عند ضغطتك وحدها لتُقرأ وتُعبَّأ بها النموذج، ولا تُحفظ على خادمنا.

المزوّد واحدٌ لا غيره: Anthropic (Claude) — للنصوص وتحليل الصور والمساعد الفوري معًا.

وسؤالك للمساعد الفوري يُحفظ في سجلٍّ عند مشغّل النظام مجهولًا بلا اسمك، لمعرفة ما يحيّر المستخدمين فعلًا وتطوير الدليل والأسئلة الجاهزة عليه. ولو أردتَ أن يُعرف من أنت فلك الواتساب والبريد في صفحة المساعدة — وهما بضغطتك وحدك.

When you request fault-image analysis, reading of a leave-approval image in the calendar, text polishing, summarising, or ask the instant assistant, only what you asked to be processed is sent to the provider: the field text or the photos you chose, with the report type and your specialty. The approval image is sent only on your tap and is never stored on our server. The same goes for a photo of a paper report or of the monthly allowance sheet (or a PDF of it, up to 4 MB and 3 pages) when you use "Scan a paper report" or "Scan the monthly sheet": it is sent only on your tap, read to fill the form, and never stored on our server.

There is one provider and no other: Anthropic (Claude) — for text, image analysis and the instant assistant alike.

Your question to the instant assistant is kept in a log held by the system operator anonymously, without your name, to learn what actually puzzles users and to develop the guide and the ready questions from it. If you want to be identified, WhatsApp and email are on the help page — and both are your own tap.

إذا تكرّر عطلٌ بعينه في موقعٍ زرته أكثر من مرة، تصل مشغّلَ النظام خلاصةٌ يومية تلقائية: اسم الموقع، وموضوع العطل، وعدد التكرار، مقرونةً باسمك المسجَّل.

الغرض معالجة السبب الجذري للعطل المتكرر، لا مراقبة أدائك.

If a particular fault recurs at a site you visited more than once, the system operator receives an automatic daily summary: the site name, the fault subject, and the repetition count, alongside your registered name.

The purpose is to address the root cause of a recurring fault, not to monitor your performance.

موقعك يُقرأ على جهازك وحده وعند إذنك، لتحديد المحافظة أو وسم الصور أو تسجيل الوصول إلى موقعٍ محفوظ أو حفظ إحداثيات مواقعك.

Your location is read on your device alone and with your permission, to determine the governorate, tag photos, check in at a saved site, or save your sites' coordinates.

تُستعمل عند طلبك للميزة:

• Anthropic (Claude) — معالجة النصوص وتحليل صور الأعطال وقراءة صور موافقات الإجازة والمساعد الفوري.
• WhatsApp Business — عند تواصلك مع بوت الدعم.

Used only when you request the feature:

• Anthropic (Claude) — text processing, fault-image analysis, reading leave-approval images, and the instant assistant.
• WhatsApp Business — when you contact the support bot.
• A weather service — to show the Kuwait temperature, without sending your location.
• App stores — when downloading and updating.

الاتصال بخوادمنا مشفَّر (HTTPS)، والوصول إلى ما يصلها مقصورٌ على مشغّل النظام.

وحين ترسل تقريرًا لزميل، أنت من يختار المستلم والوسيلة — والملف يمرّ بالوسيلة التي اخترتها (واتساب أو بريد أو غيرهما) وتسري عليه سياستها.

وكذلك إرسالُ ملفّاتك إلى سكرتير قسمك: بيدك وبالوسيلة التي تختارها. وما تحمله تلك الملفّات إن ربطتَه في ملفّك مشروحٌ في صفحة السكرتارية.

ولك أن تقفل البرنامج برمزٍ خاصٍّ بملفك، فلا تُفتح بياناتك على الجهاز نفسه بلا رمزك.

The connection to our servers is encrypted (HTTPS), and access to what reaches them is limited to the system operator.

When you send a report to a colleague, you choose the recipient and the channel — the file travels through the channel you chose (WhatsApp, email or another), and that channel's own policy applies to it.

The same holds when you send your files to your department secretary: it is your action, through the channel you choose. What those files carry once you link the secretary in your profile is explained under The secretary page.

You may also lock the app with a code tied to your profile, so your data cannot be opened on the same device without it.

صفحةٌ على الموقع يستلم بها سكرتيرُ القسم ملفّاتِ فريقه ويطبعها، وتعمل بتصريحٍ من الإدارة وعلى جهازٍ واحد.

• يحفظ الخادمُ عن السكرتير: اسمَه الظاهر وقسمَه وكودَ القسم، ووصفًا عامًّا لكل جهازٍ فُعِّلت عليه الصفحة (النظامُ والمتصفّح)، وأوقاتَ إنشاء الصفحة وتفعيلها وإيقافها وآخرِ فتحٍ لها، وعددَ أفراد فريقه رقمًا — لا أسماءهم. وسجلُّ الجهاز الذي انتهت جلستُه يُمحى بعد 90 يومًا من انتهائها، وطلبُ التفعيل بالباركود (الاسمُ والقسمُ ووصفُ الجهاز) يُمحى بعد يومٍ من انتهاء مهلته.
• ورقمُ واتساب السكرتير — الذي راسل منه البوتَ أو أعطاه للإدارة ليصله الكود — يُحفظ في سجلّ طلبات بوت الدعم، مربوطًا بصفحته إن فُعِّلت ويُمحى منه بحذفها، ويبقى في محادثة البوت معه كأيّ مراسلة.
• الملفّاتُ التي تُسحب إلى الصفحة، وقائمةُ الفريق وأرقامُهم: تبقى على جهاز السكرتير ولا تُرفع إلى أي خادم. إلا «📁 مجلد القسم» أدناه إن اختاره السكرتيرُ على كمبيوتره أو على شبكة مكتبه.
• إن كتبتَ كودَ سكرتيرك في ملفّك حملت ملفّاتُ PDF التي تُخرجها من الكشف الشهري ومن «سجل التقارير» — حفظتَها أو شاركتها — في خصائصها الكودَ ورقمًا تعريفيًّا لملفّك لا يكشف اسمك، مع تخصصك وشهر الملف واسمِك الذي تحمله اليوم، ويحمل الكشفُ الشهريُّ معها عددَ الزيارات المدرجة فيه (وهي مطبوعةٌ على صفحته أصلًا) — لتعرف صفحتُه لمن الملفّ وكم زيارةً فيه. ولا تصل إلا مَن ترسلها إليه أنت.
• وإن كتبتَ في ملفّك الشخصي رقمَك المدني ومسمّاك الوظيفي حملهما ملفُّ الكشف الشهريّ في خصائصه مع الكود — وهما مطبوعان على صفحته أصلًا — وتحمل التقاريرُ التي تشاركها من «سجل التقارير» المسمّى وحده، ليملأ بهما سكرتيرُك بطاقتَك في صفحته بلا كتابة؛ ولا يصل شيءٌ منهما إلى خادمنا. وما يستورده السكرتيرُ من قائمة فريقه (من Excel أو Word أو بلصق نصّ) وما يطبعه من «كشف أسماء القسم» يُعالَج على جهازه ولا يُرفع إلى أي خادم.
• وقد تفعّل الإدارةُ «📁 مجلد القسم» لصفحة السكرتير — من لوحتها أو بطلبٍ يرسله عبر بوت الدعم — ولا يحفظ الخادمُ عن ذلك إلا أنه مفعَّلٌ أو موقوف، وطلبَ التفعيل إن أُرسل عبر البوت (الرقمُ الذي راسل منه والصفحةُ ووقتُ الطلب وقرارُ الإدارة فيه). يختار السكرتيرُ مجلدًا على كمبيوتره أو على شبكة مكتبه، فتُحفظ فيه نسخةٌ من الملفّات التي تُسحب إلى الصفحة، ومن قائمة الفريق (الأسماءُ وأرقامُ الهواتف والأرقامُ المدنية والمسمّيات)، ومن علامات التسليم والإعفاء وملاحظاتها. وفي قسمٍ له أكثرُ من سكرتيرٍ يختارون كلُّهم المجلدَ نفسَه على شبكة مكتبهم، فيرون الشيءَ نفسَه ويطبع أيٌّ منهم الكشف، ويرى كلُّ سكرتيرٍ منهم ما أرسله المستخدمون إلى غيره. والمجلدُ على كمبيوتر السكرتير أو على شبكة مكتبه لا على خادمنا، ولا يصل خادمَنا شيءٌ منه، ويستطيع فتحَه كلُّ من يصل إليه على ذلك الكمبيوتر أو تلك الشبكة — فليكن مجلدًا لا يصله إلا سكرتيرو القسم. وإيقافُه لا يحذف شيئًا منه، والمجلدُ يحفظ ما مضى: ما يُحذف من الصفحة بعد الربط (عضوٌ بهاتفه ورقمه المدنيّ، أو ملاحظةٌ مُسحت) يبقى في ملفّات المجلد حتى يُحذف المجلدُ نفسُه.
• وخانةُ الكود ووسمُ الملفّ يعملان في الموقع وتطبيق الماك وتطبيقات الهاتف (من الإصدار 1.60)، ولا يحمل الوسمَ الكشفُ الشهريُّ الذي يُطبع بطباعة النظام في أندرويد — فأرسله بزرّ «📤 مشاركة»، ولا يحمل الوسمَ التقريرُ المفردُ الذي يُشارَك بزرّ «📤 مشاركة» في تطبيق الآيفون — فيختار سكرتيرُك صاحبَه بنفسه. والملفُّ المجمَّعُ الذي يُطبع من «سجل التقارير» (عدّةُ تقاريرٍ في ملفٍّ واحد) لا يحمل الوسم، إلا ما تشاركه بزرّ «📤 مشاركة» من «طباعة التقارير المحددة» أو «طباعة التقارير + بدل الموقع» في تطبيق أندرويد (من الإصدار 1.60.1) وتقاريرُه كلُّها من شهرٍ واحد: يحمل الوسمَ ومعه عددُ تقاريره ورقمُ كلِّ تقريرٍ فيه وتاريخُه (أو تاريخُه ووقتُه إن لم يكن له رقم) — وكلُّها مطبوعةٌ داخله أصلًا — لتعدّ صفحةُ سكرتيرك كلَّ تقريرٍ مرّةً واحدةً ولو وصلها في أكثر من ملفّ.

وعند التحقّق من الكود — من البرنامج أو من صفحة السكرتير — ومع فتح صفحة السكرتير وأثناء بقائها مفتوحةً أو عرضِها الباركود، يُحفظ عنوانُ الإنترنت مؤقتًا في عدّادٍ يحدّ الطلبات الكثيرة، ويُمحى خلال يوم، ولا يُربط بمحتوى.

A page on the website where a department secretary receives their team's files and prints them. It works by permission from the administration, and on one device only.

• What the server keeps about the secretary: their display name, department and department code, a general description of each device the page was activated on (system and browser), the times the page was created, activated, stopped and last opened, and the size of their team as a number — not the names. The record of a device whose session has ended is erased 90 days after it ends, and a QR activation request (name, department and device description) is erased a day after it expires.
• The secretary's WhatsApp number — the one they messaged the bot from, or gave the administration so the code could reach them — is kept in the support bot's request records, linked to their page if it was activated and removed from them when the page is deleted, and it stays in the bot's conversation with them like any message.
• The files dropped onto the page, the team list and its phone numbers stay on the secretary's device and are never uploaded to any server — except the "📁 Department folder" below, if the secretary chooses one on their computer or office network.
• If you type your secretary's code in your profile, the PDF files you export from the monthly sheet and the Report Log — saved or shared — carry in their properties that code and an identifier for your profile that does not reveal your name, along with your specialty, the file's month and the name they already carry today, and the monthly sheet also carries the number of visits listed on it (the visits themselves are already printed on the sheet) — so their page knows whose file it is and how many visits it lists. They reach only the person you send them to.
• If you also typed your civil ID and job title in your profile, the monthly sheet's PDF carries them in its properties with the code — both are already printed on that sheet — and reports you share from the report log carry the job title only, so your secretary can fill in your card on their page without typing; none of it reaches our server. What the secretary imports as a team list (from Excel, Word or pasted text) and what they print as the department roster is handled on their device and never uploaded to any server.
• The administration may enable the "📁 Department folder" for a secretary's page — from its panel or on a request the secretary sends through the support bot; the server keeps only whether it is on or off, plus that request if it came through the bot (the number it came from, the page, the time and the administration's decision). The secretary picks a folder on their computer or on their office network, and a copy of the files dropped onto the page, of the team list (names, phone numbers, civil IDs and job titles), and of the delivery and exemption marks with their notes is kept there. In a department with more than one secretary, they all pick the same folder on their office network, so they see the same thing and any of them can print, and each secretary sees what users sent to the others. The folder is on the secretary's computer or office network, not on our server; nothing in it reaches our server, and anyone who can reach it on that computer or network can open it — so choose a folder only the department's secretaries can reach. Turning it off deletes nothing from it, and the folder keeps its history: whatever is deleted on the page after linking (a member with their phone number and civil ID, or a cleared note) stays in the folder's files until the folder itself is deleted.
• The code field and the file tag work on the website, in the Mac app and in the phone apps (from version 1.60); a monthly sheet printed through the Android system print does not carry the tag — send it with "📤 Share" instead; a single report shared with "📤 Share" in the iPhone app does not carry the tag — your secretary picks its owner by hand. A combined file printed from the Report Log (several reports in one file) does not carry the tag, except one you share with "📤 Share" from "Print selected reports" or "Print reports + site allowance" in the Android app (from version 1.60.1) when all its reports are from one month: it carries the tag together with the number of reports in it and each report's number and date (or its date and time when it has no number) — all already printed inside the file — so your secretary's page counts each report once, even if it reaches them in more than one file.

When a code is checked — from the app or from the secretary's page — and whenever the secretary page is opened, stays open or shows a QR code, the internet address is kept temporarily in a counter that limits repeated requests, erased within a day, and never linked to any content.

سجلاتُ الخادم تُحفظ للمدة اللازمة للتشغيل والدعم وحدها، ثم تُزال أو تُختصر.

You may ask to know what has reached us about you, or ask for it to be deleted, through the contact address below — including permanent deletion of your online account and its encrypted copy.

Deleting your profile from the device deletes its reports and photos with it — and asks you first with the numbers: how many reports and how many photos. A colleague's data on the same device is never touched.

Server logs are kept only for as long as operation and support require, then removed or reduced.

النظام أداةُ عملٍ مهنية، ليس موجَّهًا للأطفال، ولا نجمع بياناتٍ عنهم قصدًا.

وقد تُعدَّل هذه السياسة كلما تغيّرت الميزات؛ ويُحدَّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلى الصفحة مع كل تعديل.

The system is a professional work tool, is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data about them.

This policy may change whenever the features change; the "Last updated" date at the top of the page is updated with every change.
